Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Metal Adornments are finished in an antique style pewter colour. Ideal for all kinds of excuses to create - visual arts, sculpture, mixed media canvas, decorating trays, clocks, boxes and frames, bookmaking, junk journaling, scrapbooking.
The pieces are round tops off screws with both flat screwdriver and phillip's head (cross) screwdriver designs. They are flatbacked, designed to mimic the look of using traditional fasteners.

Attach or adhere to a project with collage medium, double sided tape or other strong glue. With an antique nickel finish, the metal charms are perfect as they are but also easy to alter and add colour using alcohol inks, Distress Paints and or Distress Crayons. To personalise any metal piece using watercolours, inks and other water-based mediums, simply prepare with a thin coat of clear, white or black gesso before you begin.
