Updated Shipping Policy - Effective from August 1, 2023

Dear Valued Customers,

We are excited to announce an update to our Shipping Policy, aimed at providing you with a more convenient and cost-effective shopping experience. Starting from August 1, 2023, all orders will be shipped with a Flat Rate of $12.95. However, for large or bulky items, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost accordingly. Rest assured, if any adjustments are required, we will promptly communicate with you before processing the shipment.

Introducing the Shopping Bag Option:

To make your shopping experience even more flexible, we are introducing the Shopping Bag option! If you wish to participate, follow these simple steps:

1. Pay Initial Shipping: Place your first order and pay the shipping cost as usual.

2. Request a Shopping Bag: Let us know that you would like to use the Shopping Bag option for the current month. We will create a personalized Shopping Bag for you.

3. Add Items Throughout the Month: As you discover new products or wish to add more items to your order during the month, select "PICK UP" as your shipping preference for these additional orders.

4. Monthly Shipment: We will pick, pack, and hold your items in your Shopping Bag throughout the month. At the end of the calendar month, we will ship the entire contents of your Shopping Bag to you in one convenient package.

Optional Immediate Shipment:

Of course, we understand that sometimes you may need your items sooner. If you wish to have your order sent immediately after placing it, simply let us know, and we will process the shipment without delay. Please note that any additional orders placed in the same month after the initial shipment will incur another Flat Rate of shipping.

Our goal is to provide you with a seamless shopping experience that suits your preferences and needs. Whether you opt for the Shopping Bag option or immediate shipment, we are here to assist you every step of the way.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are very happy to ship to UNITED STATES, UNITED KINGDOM, NETHERLANDS, SOUTH AFRICA and NEW ZEALAND.

NEW ZEALAND IS A FLAT RATE $30 AUD for parcels up to 2kg If cost is under $30 we will refund the difference.

UNITED STATES, UNITED KINGDOM, NETHERLANDS, SOUTH AFRICA  IS A FLAT RATE $35AUD up to 500grams. If weight is higher we will send an invoice for extra shipping before sending parcel for conformation. If shipping is less than $35 AUD we will refund the difference.

PLEASE NOTE : Please note we are not responsible for duties or taxes incurred once parcels arrive in your designated country.
